Support and Maintenance Services for Datamizer IV, Datamizer V, and Datamizer 6

Email Plan - $150 per unit
· Email assistance with product configuration
· Email assistance with diagnosis of product problems


Basic Plan - $250 per unit
· Telephone and email assistance with product configuration
· Telephone and email assistance with diagnosis of product problems
· Remote assistance with diagnosis of product problems using telnet or modem dial-in access to a remote product, when requested by Customer

Standard Plan - $400 per unit
· All BASIC plan services
· Software maintenance releases with appropriate release documentation, when requested by Customer, on CD-ROM or via email (Customer’s choice)
· Software maintenance, as needed, to resolve a customer application issue where the product is not meeting its original specifications (e.g., bug fixes). This includes complete problem tracking and escalation until resolution.


Repair and Return Services - $550 per unit as needed
·Repair and return services are offered only to customers that have a maintenance plan in place. There is a minimum charge of $50 if it is determined that the unit cannot be repaired. Please contact us to purchase this service.
